“When she ate too few calories for too long, her body responded by slowing metabolism to conserve energy,” she shared. “She wasn’t even eating enough for basic daily function!”

Age 41 (Left): 1,500 calories/day + 4-5 weight training sessions/week
Age 51 (Right): Maintenance calories + 3 full-body workouts/week
